How to cancel your subscription on Playground AI
Steps
1. Click your profile avatar in the top right, then select Billing.
2. Scroll to your current plan and click Cancel subscription.
3. You'll be shown what you'll lose access to and asked to confirm. Optionally tell us why you're leaving — it helps us improve.
4. Click Confirm cancellation. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle, then your account moves to the free tier.
What happens after you cancel

Tip
Cancelling doesn't delete your account or your creations — you can resubscribe anytime. If you just want a smaller plan instead of stopping entirely, see How to downgrade your plan.
