How do credits work?

Each AI generation (image or video) consumes a certain number of credits depending on the model and settings. You can view your credit balance in the top navigation bar. Credits can be purchased or earned through subscription plans.

What AI models are available?

Playground AI supports multiple leading AI models including PixVerse (video), GPT-Image, FLUX, Seedream, and more. Available models vary by generation type (image vs. video).

Can I use generated images commercially?

Yes, you may use AI-generated images and videos for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. Please review our Terms of Service for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing section in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

My generation failed — what should I do?

Generation failures can occur due to content policy violations, server load, or prompt issues. If credits were consumed and the generation failed, please contact support with the job details for a refund.

Is my data private?
