By accessing or using Playground AI at playgroundart.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use Playground AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our services.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the platform or bypass rate limits.
  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or content involving minors.

3. Credits and Billing

Playground AI uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for each generation. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. For AI-generated outputs, you are granted a license to use the generated images and videos for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Playground AI retains the right to use anonymized generation data to improve its services.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Playground AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playground AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
